Please help us by nominating those individuals who volunteer in Collier Township!  You can either download the nomination form or complete the form below.  You may also nominate family, friends, and anyone who you feel deserves a grateful community's "thank you." 

Names of volunteers received will be recognized during Rock The Quarry,  September 12 and 13, 2008 on the Panhandle Trail.

CRITERIA:  Nominee should be a Collier Resident or a volunteer for any Collier-based organization who volunteers at least 50 hours/year for one or more activities.
